As used in this chapter, 'child' means a child who is:(1) at least three (3) years of age and less than seven (7) years of age; or(2) enrolled in a public school, state accredited nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-18.7), or nonaccredited nonpublic school in kindergarten through grade 12.As added by P.L.119-2009, SEC.1.
