A person who knowingly or intentionally:(1) falsifies or forges the living will declaration of another person with intent to cause withholding or withdrawal of life prolonging procedures; or(2) conceals or withholds personal knowledge of the revocation of a living will declaration with intent to cause a withholding or withdrawal of life prolonging procedures;commits a Level 5 felony.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-11-17.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.19.
