§ 16-36-7-20

As used in this chapter, 'proxy' means a competent adult who:(1) has not been expressly designated in a declaration to make health care decisions for a particular incapacitated individual; and(2) is authorized and willing to make health care decisions for the individual under section 42 of this chapter.As added by P.L.50-2021, SEC.63.
