The state department may issue a permit under section 4 of this chapter only if:(1) all mobile homes used as shelters and equipped with an operable toilet, shower, lavatory, and hot and cold water under pressure, provide a minimum floor space of sixty (60) square feet for each resident; and(2) all other shelters provide a minimum floor space of eighty (80) square feet for each resident.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-9-3.7.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.24.
