(b) This section applies to an RV campground:(1) regardless of whether:(A) all of the RV campsites in the RV campground are independent RV campsites; or(B) the RV campground includes:(i) one (1) or more dependent RV campsites; and(ii) one (1) or more sanitary dumping stations; and(2) regardless of whether the RV campground is located in a flood plain (as defined in IC 14-8-2-99).(c) An RV campground may include one (1) or more holding tanks to which wastewater from recreational vehicles is transferred through one (1) or both of the following:(1) The individual sewer connections of the RV campground's independent RV campsites.(2) One (1) or more sanitary dumping stations in the RV campground.A holding tank to which this subsection applies may have a capacity of not more than ten thousand (10,000) gallons.As added by P.L.43-2022, SEC.1.
