The state department or a person designated by the state department may at any reasonable time inspect the premises and take necessary and reasonable steps in a mobile home community to determine whether or not a mobile home community is in compliance with this chapter and rules adopted under section 8 of this chapter.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-7-31.]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.24.
