When developing the guidance and standards, the state department shall consult with the American Academy of Pediatrics.(b) The state department shall make the guidance and standards established under subsection (a) available on the state department's Internet web site.(c) This section expires December 31, 2026.As added by P.L.80-2022, SEC.1.
