(a) A lead-based paint activities training program must meet requirements specified in rules adopted under section 6 of this chapter before providing initial or refresher training to a person seeking a license listed in section 3(b) of this chapter.(b) The state department may approve a lead-based paint activities training course offered by a person who satisfies the requirements of subsection (a).(c) A lead-based paint activities training course must be conducted by an instructor approved by the state department as provided in the rules adopted under section 6 of this chapter.As added by P.L.57-2009, SEC.17.
