(b) If the local health department testing indicates further testing for dioxin is necessary, the state department shall coordinate with the property owner to obtain a water sample in the manner necessary for dioxin testing and perform the testing in accordance with federal Environmental Protection Agency standards.As added by P.L.201-2023, SEC.150.
