(2) A municipality (as defined by IC 36-1-2-11) that operates a program within the boundaries of the municipality.(3) A nonprofit organization that operates a program and has been approved by official action to operate the program by:(A) the local health department;(B) the executive body of the county; or(C) the legislative body of a municipality for the operation of a program within the boundaries of the municipality.As added by P.L.208-2015, SEC.9.
