(b) The state egg board may establish requirements for issuing a permit or registration under this chapter by rule under IC 4-22-2.(c) The state egg board may establish fees necessary to carry out this chapter by rule under IC 4-22-2.(d) If a rule is not in effect by July 1, 2010, the fees and requirements for obtaining a registration or permit under section 10 of this chapter apply until the date the rule takes effect.As added by P.L.28-2009, SEC.11.
