If the practitioner communicates instructions to the pharmacist orally or electronically, the pharmacist shall:(1) indicate the instructions in the pharmacist's own handwriting on the written copy of the prescription order; or(2) record the electronically transmitted instructions in an electronic format.[Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-6-8.1-2(d).]As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.25.
