This subsection expires January 1, 2021.(b) After June 30, 2020, a person that violates section 7.1(b) of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed fifty dollars ($50) per day per violation.(c) After June 30, 2020, a person that violates section 7.1(a)(1), 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, or 10 of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) per day per violation.As added by P.L.266-2001, SEC.16.
