(b) Upon request, a home based vendor shall provide a copy of the food handler certificate required by subsection (a) to the state department or an end consumer.(c) A home based vendor shall provide a copy of the food handler certificate required by subsection (a) to the local health department in the county where the home based vendor's residence is located.As added by P.L.49-2022, SEC.4.
