(b) The state department shall review and, based on the criteria established under section 1 of this chapter, make a determination of whether to certify a wellness program submitted under subsection (a) as a qualified wellness program.(c) If a wellness program is certified by the state department, the state department shall provide to the small employer a certificate reflecting that the wellness program is a qualified wellness program for purposes of IC 6-3.1-31.2.As added by P.L.218-2007, SEC.44.
