(b) A proposal for a contract or grant under this chapter must include proposed measurable and specific improvement in Indiana in one (1) or more core public health services.(c) A local health department shall consider working collaboratively with another local health department in awarding a contract or grant under this chapter.As added by P.L.164-2023, SEC.51.
