Before December 31, 2019, the state department shall deliver a written report to the governor and, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, to the general assembly that includes:(1) the strategic plan developed under section 1 of this chapter; and(2) recommendations on goal implementation and schedule compliance related to the strategic plan developed under section 1 of this chapter.As added by P.L.33-2018, SEC.1.
