(a) A report released under this section 11 of this chapter may not contain identifying information relating to the fatalities reviewed by the statewide child fatality review committee or any local child fatality review team.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this article, review data concerning a child fatality are confidential and may not be released.As added by P.L.119-2013, SEC.3.
