(b) The division is responsible for investigating a complaint against a temporary health care services agency filed under subsection (a) in accordance with IC 4-6-9-4.5.(c) If the division determines that a complaint is substantiated, the division shall inform the state department and the state department shall:(1) oversee any negotiations between the parties of the complaint; and(2) determine any proper action to take against the temporary health care services agency for a violation under this article.As added by P.L.149-2023, SEC.18.
