(a) A member of the general assembly shall, not later than January 20 of each year, file an affidavit with any lobbyist who has provided more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the member's nonlegislative income during the previous year.(b) An affidavit required by this section must state the following:(1) The name and address of the member of the general assembly.(2) That the lobbyist provided more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the member's nonlegislative income.(3) The position or service for which the lobbyist provided the income.As added by P.L.123-2015, SEC.2.
