§ 2-3-5-2-11

'Service' means the period beginning on the day a participant first became a member of the general assembly, whether that date is before, on, or after July 1, 1989, and ending on the date under consideration, including all intervening employment as a member of the general assembly, following resignation or expiration of a term of election or appointment.As added by P.L.6-1989, SEC.1.
