There is annually appropriated to legislative employers (as defined in IC 5-10-8) from the fund established under section 17 of this chapter sufficient funds to pay for employer paid benefit charges or premiums arising as a result of elections made by legislative employers under IC 5-10-8.As added by P.L.178-2002, SEC.141.
