§ 2-5-1-3-14

An interim study committee established by the legislative council:(1) shall study only the specific topics assigned by the legislative council;(2) exists for the duration of only one (1) interim period;(3) has the membership determined by the legislative council; and(4) is subject to IC 2-5-1.2.As added by P.L.53-2014, SEC.6.
