§ 2-5-1-7-12

If the governmental entity stores the data in electronic format, the data shall be provided in the original format in which the data is received or stored by the governmental entity, including data delimiters, tags, metadata, and other characters used to make the data machine readable or otherwise useful for retrieval or processing by the governmental entity, unless the legislative services agency agrees to accept the data in a different format.As added by P.L.269-2017, SEC.1.
