With respect to government information obtained under this chapter, the legislative services agency shall maintain at least the same level of confidentiality as is required by law of the governmental entity from which the government information is obtained. Officers and employees of the legislative services agency are subject to the same statutory penalties for unauthorized disclosure or use as officers or employees of the governmental entity from which the government information is obtained.As added by P.L.269-2017, SEC.1.
