(b) The executive director shall perform the duties assigned to the executive director by the commission.(c) To serve as an executive director, an individual must, at a minimum, meet the following qualifications:(1) Possess a degree from a college or university (as defined in IC 21-7-13-10).(2) Have any other qualifications the commission considers necessary.(d) Compensation of the executive director shall be paid from the fund established by section 13 of this chapter.As added by P.L.13-2017, SEC.3.
