§ 2-5-52-3

(a) The task force consists of the following thirteen (13) members:(1) Three (3) members of the senate, appointed as follows:(A) Two (2) members appointed by the president pro tempore, one (1) of whom shall serve as co-chair of the task force.(B) One (1) member appointed by the minority leader of the senate.(2) Three (3) members of the house of representatives, appointed as follows:(A) Two (2) members appointed by the speaker, one (1) of whom shall serve as co-chair of the task force.(B) One (1) member appointed by the minority leader of the house.(3) One (1) member who:(A) is a resident of Indiana; and(B) has broad experience in the residential construction industry;appointed by the governor.(4) One (1) member who:(A) is a resident of Indiana; and(B) has broad experience in agriculture;appointed by the governor.(5) One (1) member who:(A) is a resident of Indiana; and(B) has broad experience in business and industry;appointed by the governor.(6) One (1) member who:(A) is a resident of Indiana; and(B) has broad experience in the food and beverage industries;appointed by the governor.(7) One (1) member who:(A) is a resident of Indiana; and(B) has expertise in local economic
