(b) The task force shall meet for the first time not later than September 1, 2024.(c) A majority of the members of the task force constitutes a quorum.(d) The affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members of the task force are required for the task force to take action on any measure, including adoption of the report under section 8(3) of this chapter.(e) All meetings of the task force are open to the public in accordance with and subject to IC 5-14-1.5.
