(a) All contracts:(1) for legislative printing; or(2) for compiling, computerizing, indexing, and printing the Indiana Administrative Code and Indiana Register under IC 4-22;shall be awarded by the duly elected membership of Indiana legislative council.(b) The Indiana department of administration shall render any requested assistance to the council in the preparation of specifications, the setting up of bidding procedures, and the evaluation of bids.
