The president pro tempore of the senate, the minority floor leader of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the minority floor leader of the house of representatives shall each appoint one (1) member.(b) Not more than two (2) of the four (4) members may hold the same political affiliation.(c) An incumbent legislator or lobbyist may not be appointed as a member of the commission.As added by P.L.3-1992, SEC.6.
