(b) A report required by this chapter must:(1) be filed with the commission not later than November 30 of each year; and(2) cover the period from November 1 of the previous year through October 31 of the year in which the report is filed.(c) The first report required by this chapter must:(1) be filed with the commission not later than November 30, 2015; and(2) cover the period from November 1, 2014, through October 31, 2015.As added by P.L.123-2015, SEC.15.
