Every person who files a notice of termination as provided in IC 2-7-2-5 must file a termination report covering the semiannual reporting period or portion thereof immediately preceding the termination of his registration statement; such report shall contain the information required by section 3 of this chapter.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.9, SEC.1.
