The attorney general and the applicable prosecuting attorney jointly or severally are responsible for investigating alleged or suspected violations and enforcing the provisions of this article and, in addition to the powers heretofore granted him by law, the attorney general has the powers of the prosecuting attorney of each county for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this article.As added by Acts 1981, P.L.9, SEC.1.
