(a) 'Appropriate vehicle' means a vehicle that:(1) is owned by a school corporation or contracted for by the school corporation; and(2) has a seating capacity of not more than fifteen (15) passengers, including the driver.(b) The term includes a car, truck, sport utility vehicle, minivan, or van.As added by P.L.216-2021, SEC.6.
