'Truancy prevention measure' means an action designed to:(1) address truancy before a child becomes a habitual truant; and(2) minimize the need for:(A) referrals to a voluntary truancy prevention program; or(B) reports to a juvenile court.As added by P.L.125-2024, SEC.1.
