(b) The terms of the members appointed under section 3(9)(A), 3(9)(C), and 3(9)(E) of this chapter expire December 31, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter. The terms of the members appointed under section 3(9)(B) and 3(9)(D) of this chapter expire December 31, 2027, and each fourth year thereafter.(c) Each legislative member of the commission appointed under section 3 of this chapter serves a two (2) year term ending on June 30 of each odd-numbered year.(d) Members of the commission may be reappointed to successive terms.As added by P.L.42-2024, SEC.130.
