(a) Upon the request of a school corporation that is required to submit a corrective action plan, the DUAB and other appropriate state departments and agencies shall:(1) assist the school corporation in developing the corrective action plan; and(2) provide technical assistance to the school corporation.(b) The DUAB and any other state departments or agencies that provide assistance to a school corporation under this section are not responsible for implementing the corrective action plan.As added by P.L.213-2018(ss), SEC.15.
