(a) Before making a final determination under section 4 of this chapter concerning the fiscal and qualitative indicators that will be used for evaluating the financial condition of school corporations, the DUAB must present a draft of the proposed fiscal and qualitative indicators to the state budget committee for review by the state budget committee.(b) Before prescribing the requirements under section 5 of this chapter for the presentation of the fiscal and qualitative indicators used under this chapter, the DUAB must present a draft of the proposed requirements to the state budget committee for review by the state budget committee.As added by P.L.213-2018(ss), SEC.15.
