Educational service centers shall be located throughout Indiana to allow each school corporation, charter school, and applicable nonpublic school to have an opportunity to:(1) be served by; and(2) participate in;an approved center on a voluntary basis by resolution of the governing body of the school corporation, by the approval of an organizer of a charter school, or by the approval of the governing board or entity of an applicable nonpublic school.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-1-11.3-4.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.4.
