As used in sections 13 through 24 of this chapter, 'school corporation' includes, except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired established by IC 20-21-2-1, the Indiana School for the Deaf established by IC 20-22-2-1, and a charter school established under IC 20-24.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-25.3-2.5.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.4.
