1-2-1, with the department of education and the state library, shall coordinate available federal and state funds and funding mechanisms to accomplish full access to telecommunications services and equipment by all schools, libraries, and rural health care providers as defined in:(1) the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L.104-104, 110 Stat. 56 (1996)) and regulations or orders issued under that act; or(2) any regulations or orders issued by the Indiana utility regulatory commission in fulfillment of the state's obligations under the act.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-25.6-3.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.4.
