§ 20-20-33-6

To receive a grant under this chapter, a school corporation must expend on alternative education programs in the school year a matching amount of at least one-third (1/3) of the amount of the state grant per full-time equivalent student, as determined under the rules adopted by the state board.[Pre-2006 Recodification Citation: 21-3-11-6(b).]As added by P.L.2-2006, SEC.85.
