The state board shall distribute state funds made available for secondary and postsecondary career and technical education that have been appropriated by the general assembly and in accordance with the plan prepared by:(1) the state board under section 5 of this chapter; and(2) the cabinet under IC 22-4.1-19-4.As added by P.L.7-2011, SEC.7.
