(b) Using the criteria established under subsection (a), the state board shall evaluate the effectiveness of career and technical education relative to the goals of the long range plan developed under section 4 of this chapter.(c) The state board shall use data from the department of workforce development in establishing career and technical education evaluation criteria under subsection (a).As added by P.L.7-2011, SEC.7.
