If a teacher of the year provides service for the department or an Indiana postsecondary educational institution under this chapter, the department or the Indiana postsecondary educational institution shall pay the teacher's salary for the term of the service and shall reimburse the teacher's regular employer for the teacher's benefits during the term of service.As added by P.L.286-2013, SEC.25.
