The department, with the approval of the state board, shall establish and maintain a dual language immersion pilot program to provide grants, in an amount not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), to school corporations and charter schools that establish dual language immersion programs in:(1) Chinese;(2) Spanish;(3) French; or(4) any other language approved by the department.As added by P.L.226-2015, SEC.1.
