As used in this chapter, 'eligible school' means a:(1) public school, including a charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4);(2) state accredited nonpublic school; or(3) nonpublic school accredited by a national or regional accreditation agency that is recognized by the state board.As added by P.L.231-2023, SEC.1.
