Not later than July 1, 2024, and not later than July 1 each year thereafter, the department shall:(1) collect and compile information concerning the program under this chapter; and(2) submit the report described in subdivision (1) to the following:(A) The governor.(B) The legislative council, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.As added by P.L.202-2023, SEC.17.
