Subject to:(1) a student's:(A) individualized education program;(B) service plan developed under 511 IAC 7-34; or(C) choice scholarship education plan developed under 511 IAC 7-49; and(2) the school's admissions criteria adopted by the board under IC 20-22-3-10(a)(4);the executive shall receive as a student in the school an Indiana resident who is a school age individual with a hearing disability.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-16-2-6.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.6.
