In carrying out this chapter, the school corporation shall pay the proportion of the cost of purchasing school grounds, repairing or erecting new building or buildings, and in maintaining the joint school, as the school trustees of the two (2) adjacent school corporations determines is equitable and just.[Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-4-56-1.]As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.7.
